Privacy
Effective Date: September 15, 2025
This Privacy Policy describes how HeyAura, Inc. (doing business as "Revenaut," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information in connection with the Revenaut platform, including our AI-powered voice, text, and future communication agents, our website, and related services (the "Services").
1. Scope
- Visitors to our website.
- Businesses ("Customers") who use our Services.
- End users who interact with our Customers’ AI agents (e.g., by phone call, text, or other channels powered by Revenaut).
2. The Information We Collect
(a) Information You Provide
- Account setup: name, email, phone, login credentials.
- Customer communications: messages, calls, or texts with us.
- Payment details (processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, Inc, a PCI-DSS Level 1-certified provider; we do not store full card numbers).
(b) Information from End Users
If you interact with a Revenaut-powered agent on behalf of one of our Customers, we may process: your name, phone number, and details you share during the interaction; call recordings, transcripts, and text/SMS messages.
This information is collected and stored by Revenaut on behalf of the Customer you are communicating with, so the Customer can review and manage their communications. We do not use this information for our own marketing or independent purposes. Any processing by AI models or third-party tools occurs in real time to support the interaction.
Information Processed for Outbound Campaigns
When a Customer uses the Services for outbound campaigns, including ringless voicemail and AI voice calls, we process the following on the Customer's behalf: recipient phone numbers provided by the Customer, message content and scripts, delivery timestamps and status, opt-out records and suppression lists, and campaign performance analytics. This data is processed solely to deliver the Services. Revenaut does not independently verify whether the Customer has obtained required consent from recipients.
(c) Information Collected Automatically
- Device details (IP address, browser type, cookies).
- Usage data (pages visited, features used, timestamps).
(d) Call Recording and Consent
Certain Services allow Customers to record and transcribe phone calls for note-taking or quality-assurance purposes. When a Customer uses these features, Revenaut agents typically provide a verbal disclosure (for example, notifying participants that the call is being recorded) before recording begins. Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of these features complies with all applicable laws, including any requirements to notify or obtain consent from call participants. This includes cases where a Customer initiates or connects an outbound call and a participant may not hear the automated disclosure. Revenaut acts only as a technology provider and does not monitor recordings or determine whether consent has been obtained.
For outbound AI-generated voice messages, including ringless voicemails, Revenaut's agents include a disclosure that the message is AI-generated. However, Customers remain solely responsible for obtaining all required consents before initiating any outbound campaign, including prior express written consent (PEWC) for marketing communications and prior express consent (PEC) for informational communications, as required by the TCPA and applicable state laws.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
- Power and improve our AI models. Voice recordings and transcripts from Customer outbound campaigns are not used for AI model training unless the Customer has explicitly opted in to such use.
- Communicate with Customers regarding accounts and updates.
- Ensure security, prevent fraud, and comply with laws.
- Send limited marketing communications (to Customers only, not End Users).
4. How We Share Information
- Customers: End User information is shared with the Customer you interacted with. Once shared, End User information is handled by the Customer in accordance with their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
- Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, AI platforms, payment processors, and support vendors.
- Business Partners or Affiliates: For joint services or integrations.
- Legal/Compliance: To comply with legal obligations, protect rights, or in connection with business transactions (e.g., merger, acquisition, asset sale).
We do not sell personal information.
5. Your Choices
Emails/SMS: Opt out of promotional communications via the unsubscribe link or instructions provided.
Cookies: Adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies (note: Services may not function properly without them).
Do Not Track: We do not currently respond to DNT signals.
Consent Revocation for Automated Communications
You may revoke your consent to receive automated communications (including AI-generated voice calls and ringless voicemails) at any time by any reasonable method, including replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message, or by contacting us or the Customer on whose behalf the communication was sent. We will process opt-out requests within 10 business days. A single confirmation message may be sent to acknowledge your opt-out request, which will contain no marketing content.
California and State Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Revenaut does not sell personal information. Residents of other states with consumer privacy laws, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others, may have similar rights under their respective state laws. To exercise any privacy rights, contact us at support@revenaut.ai.
6. International Processing
We primarily process personal information in the United States. However, some of our service providers may process data in other countries. When this happens, the information will be subject to the laws of that country, which may provide different protections than the laws of your home jurisdiction.
7. Retention
We retain personal information as long as necessary to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve our offerings.
For outbound campaign data, we retain opt-out records and consent documentation for a minimum of 5 years, or longer where required by applicable state law.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 16. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it. Alternatively, you can write to us at support@revenaut.ai.
